In these Terms, “Tagapag,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tagapag. “You” and “your” refer to each person who accesses or uses Tagapag.

2. Who May Use Tagapag

Tagapag is designed to support student mentorship by helping eligible users create profiles, find potential mentor or mentee matches, communicate about mentorship, create goals, submit check-ins, and track progress.

You may use Tagapag only if you are authorized by your school, your parent or guardian where required, or another organization that has approved your participation. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and account creation.

If you are under the age of majority in your state or country, you may use Tagapag only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian, or through a school or organization that has authority to permit your use. By allowing a minor to use Tagapag, the parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use Tagapag. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If we learn that a user is under 13, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information, subject to applicable law and any school or organization requirements.

To use most features of Tagapag, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, grade level, role, interests, help areas, availability, and other onboarding information.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You may not share your account, use another person’s account, or allow another person to access Tagapag through your account. You must notify us promptly at support@tagapag.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Mentors are not therapists, doctors, lawyers, crisis counselors, emergency responders, or professional advisors unless separately authorized and clearly identified by the school or organization. Mentorship through Tagapag is intended for general support, encouragement, student-to-student guidance, goal tracking, and school or personal development conversations.

Mentees should not rely on Tagapag for emergencies, medical needs, mental health crises, legal issues, safety threats, or other urgent situations.
